Flows
WhatsApp interactive flows for booking, support and onboarding.
The drag-drop Flow builder is post-v1 (tracked in sessions/FOLLOWUPS.md). Until then, Flows are edited as JSON inside the repo and submitted via the same template submission script.
No Flows are submitted in v1 — the booking flow is collected via inline WhatsApp interactive lists and a separate file pickup form.
